Employment Services Consultants employed by Advantage Injury Management Services will need to demonstrate an enthusiasm and passion for occupational rehabilitation. In particular, the role will require them to perform the following services:
- Complete initial assessments to determine work history
- Interviewing clients and completing labour market research for vocational assessments
- Source host employers through cold calling
- Develop tailored resumes and application letters
- Writing reports and emails efficiently and to a high standard
Employment Services Consultants are also expected to have:
- Tertiary Degree
- Experience in rehabilitation and injury management or employment services
- Knowledge of Queensland compensation and CTP insurers
- Excellent communication skills
- Extensive report writing abilities
- High level of organisation and time management skills
- Valid drivers licence and excellent driving record
